Today we’re unveiling a new strategy to boost yields across our ETH, BTC, and USD vaults on @Optimism. Here’s how it works: We pair ITP with the vault tokens we receive as management fees. These ITP-vault token pairs naturally attract arbitrage volume, generating consistent yield for our LPs. That yield doesn’t just sit idle. We periodically harvest it and route it back into the vaults. By sending these tokens as “donations,” we increase the vault’s total value, benefiting every depositor proportionally and boosting overall yields. In addition, we will send the ITP collected from fees back into the vaults. This means depositors earn ITP on top of their base yield, compounding their upside. The result: Increased volume across ITP LPs Stronger and more sustainable incentives Continued dominance of our relayer on @VelodromeFi Consistent double-digit APYs for depositors This is how we turn protocol activity into real, compounding yield.
