@realBob_Johnson Obviously. The more important piece pf the picture here is that banks are handing out 30 year loans to migrant workers. Which tells you a lot about how they view both the housing market and visas.

Texas is the perfect place to prove that there is no housing shortage. I hope we eventually get rid of every single one of these H-1Bs (and the rest) and Texas proves to be the test case for the rest of the western US.
