Your eyes are the most powerful tool you have on the court. And nobody is coaching them. Coach @TommyTempesta breaks down why your visual system is the foundation of everything

After a certain point, more reps will not make you better. The most powerful learning mechanism is chunking. Chunking = simple information that solves multiple problems at once. Which is what you need to do in a game. This is how we teach movement and deception at BB to ensure it holds up in live play.

There’s a reason why you are starting to see more actors, billionaires, etc do podcasts. Long form content (giving value, entertaining, authentic) -> Distribution network of short form clips = backbone of branding in 2026 Personal branding is here, and some people think it’s too late to start. Smh The value your bring and the stories you tell are only going to become more valuable in an agentic AI world x.com/Frxmzy/status/…

This is a flawed way of thinking that the traditional coaching world says. There’s certain situations in the game that call for crossing your legs or not crossing your legs. You have to groove and explore both. In these clips I’m exploring the movement pattern, when I first started to do it, it definitely didn’t look clean but that’s the point. If you are never exposed to certain movement progressions, it’s less likely you will organize them on your own.

This is what happens when you stop critiquing the shot and start giving players the power to explore calibration. Whether you’re shooting 15% or 40% calibration will help you. It removes the thinking. It builds trust. It teaches players how to respond to misses instead of fearing them. Any player. Any level. Any coach who wants to actually to solve this. We have the solutions. We have the proof. We have the results.

We use analytics for a ton of individual and overall team assessment. I’m saying there is an obsession amongst draft boards, twitter users, etc who think it’s the end all be all when in reality can’t decipher why an interaction between the offensive/defensive player was successful or not. Why a certain action was successful or not. Why this player consistently beats his man to create an advantage for his team.

@trainwjc That is not necessarily true. I am a “trained” eye and always learn things from watching tape and digging into the data

Most players practice with perfect vision. The game doesn’t work like that.

The most underdeveloped skill in basketball is not shooting, ball handling, footwork, etc. It’s vision. And nobody is coaching it.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned running my 3rd business: You must give yourself space to be creative. attention is being pulled in every direction Social media. Entertainment. Notifications. Everyone else’s thoughts filling your head all day subconsciously. Most people never sit in silence long enough to hear their own… If you are constantly consuming, when do you tap into creativity? Create > Consume

I heard a story about a billionaire and if he ever heard anyone around him speaking down about themselves… he would get up and walk out of the room. Didn't matter where he was. He was gone. There’s a lesson in there
