I spent 6 hours with @Trip live support across 3 chat sessions. They kept making me wait, only to deny my refund just because the "hotel didn't respond."

I booked a room at Cove Kanaya in Bali for my girlfriend, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. When she first walked in, the toilet was completely broken and overflowing. The room hadn't been cleaned in weeks—the bedsheets and pillows were visibly stained. @Trip

@MoCA_GoI I made a booking using trip.com with booking number Booking No. 1‌651‌513‌440‌100‌432. The Indigo Flight was cancelled on 3rd March and they have not provided any alternative Date for travelling and system for trip.com is of no use. @Trip

@Trip My outbound flights (KLM & Virgin Atlantic) are in 3 days. The SAME issue already happened there and had to be manually fixed. Now it happens AGAIN with my return flights (Delta). This is clearly not a one-time error.

@Trip @MoCA_GoI We did try contacting you from day 1. Due to your teams negligence the documents didn't reach Spring Airlines before the flight take off. Post that your team asked us to comtact the Airlines directly, since they were not aware about their own policy. Now I'm stuck from all sides.

@MoCA_GoI Hi @MoCA_GoI we did get a response from Thai Air Asia and all the documents are submitted and they are working on that too. But unfortunately we are not getting any help from Spring Airlines & trip.com negligenceon duty. Can you please kindly look into this matter.
