@EtihadHelp We have tried contacting the agent , they said that the would only be able to give refund for the outbound to ticket. We would like refund for the inbound as well, so they have asked to contact etihad directly to clarify

@EtihadHelp had booked a flight from cok to lhr via a thirsd party. the outbound is due on 21st march. i would like a full refund of the journey as we would not be able to travel the outbound journey itself.

@etihad hi have cancelled my economy deluxe tickets on 10-Mar-2026 through online chat , they said that I will get email when the refund is initiated but I’ll now not recieved any email but the booking is cancelled in the etihad app , not able connect in online chat now

The best decision was to immediately book a new flight once the Iran conflict started and not count on @etihad help. I feel for all the people stranded and not getting any help of @EtihadHelp. In crises you see the true face of companies

@Cleartrip @EtihadHelp @Cleartrip I had already requested a full refund. The flight was cancelled by the airline, not me, and I’ve already incurred hotel losses. Deducting a convenience fee in this situation feels like a scam. Please review and refund the full amount.

Yesterday i got this message from Etihad on DM and today they are informing that they cannot send cancellation, I don’t understand what’s happening , but it’s clearly misleading the customers .@EtihadHelp @etihad didn’t expect this from such reputed airline.

@EtihadHelp Our return flight from Kolkata to Dublin was on 4th March but cancelled. Any fresh date for the ill luck passengers of this flight, your services are inadequate, no updating on the website.
