@EtihadHelp @EtihadHelp As usual, it’s the same response: “We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.” Unfortunately, that “soon” never seems to come. It feels like @Etihad only has the resources to respond promptly on social media—not to actually resolve customer cases.

@EtihadHelp @etihad EY 216 is delayed today. No information why it is delayed. Apparently waiting for passengers of connecting flight from Toronto, that too on enquiring. Been in the plane for over an hour and boarding is till not complete. Can there be a proper update ? I booked this flight as I had a dinner to attend in Delhi. Emirates would have been better. A mistake.

تجربه ومصدر فخر شكرا الاتحاد كنت قادم من الرياض الى أبوظبي والطائرة ممتلئة اغلب الركاب ترانزيت صار تأخير ساعة والكل يتحدث رحلة الترانزيت قد فاتت عند الوصول تفاجأت عند البوابة بوصول مركبات لتقل المسافرين الى بواباتهم التالية وتم انتظارهم شكرا لكم @EtihadHelp

@EtihadHelp I know the transfer isn't included. My point was that nobody even tried to help. I asked for practical guidance (pickup location, timing after immigration/baggage claim, return timing), but every request was met with an almost hostile reference to the T&C. That's bad service.
