A week since chatting with @EtihadHelp in DM to multiple agents. No change in situation. No one has called or given any new updates. It's still at Case officer is checking and will reach out to you when they can. @etihad please do better.

@etihad @EtihadHelp Flew into Abu Dhabi a month ago and bags were offloaded to flight the next day due to capacity issues. They were delivered next day as promised but with damage to one of them. We raised a ticket with baggage service company and they asked for photos (1/3)
