Thanks to the people who alerted me to this: The World Bank EduTech blog (blogs.worldbank.org/edutech) does indeed appear to have been deleted, including all individual posts/essays and seven annual compendia, from the World Bank web site.

@DaveEvansPhD You might also look for a specific functionality that is included in an EMIS or SIS (or something similar), as EMIS/SIS can mean different things to different people, or even the same thing -- and maybe the functionality you are looking for is in another tool

Has anyone tried to measure the impact of introducing/improving Education Management Information Systems (EMIS) on student outcomes--either participation outcomes or learning outcomes? I'd be interested in studies in any context (i.e., high-income, middle-income, low-income).
