Hello GoFlex Support Team, I’m writing to urgently appeal the ongoing delay in clearing my funds on my GoFlex account. My account status has suddenly become an issue right after multiple buyers placed orders, and despite delivery being completed and confirmed, the funds have still not cleared. Here is the situation clearly: Escrow Orders: Several buyers placed orders through escrow, and they have approved and confirmed delivery. However, the funds have still not cleared for more than two weeks. Non-Escrow (Direct) Orders: I also have funds from orders placed directly without escrow, and these have remained pending for more than weeks as well, without clearing. This is significantly affecting my business operations, as I have not seen any meaningful progress, updates, or explanation for the delay. I need immediate assistance to have all pending funds cleared and released to my account. Kindly treat this as urgent and do the following immediately: Confirm the reason these funds have not cleared (for both escrow and direct orders). Provide a clear timeline for when the pending balances will be released. Escalate this issue to the appropriate team for immediate resolution. I am ready to provide any supporting details you need (order IDs, transaction references, screenshots, and delivery confirmations).
