@TSB why am I being asked to do a elaborate business account update/survey? And being threatened with closure if I don’t do it? Not at all happy about this. It’d be quicker to move to another bank. It’s almost like your trying to lose customers.

@TSB Are the services down or going through maintenance at this point in time? (9th April 2. My friends trying to withdraw money from their savings account so they can use a ATM but can't log on to online banking because apparently the services are unavailable/under-maintanence.

@TSB Has any other organisation for disabled people had its bank accounts closed summarily by the TSB as its profile doesn’t fit the TSB business model? No reason given. Supposedly a letter was sent in February, but obviously not received. A bank with little social conscience.
