Some fucker has just tried to charge £170 to my debit card in London I have my debit card with me in Liverpool I never use it only Apple Pay But I did take money out at the @TSB at their ATM in Maghull last week

@bellaMac73 @TSB I know, they've tried to buy a resident parking permit for the borough of Bexley and the rest has gone to a debt collection agency. That transaction has gone through so I have to get a refund on that

Hi @TSB I took out an account about 8 mths ago where I received a cashback incentive and after 6 months would receive a £120 hotel voucher. I have met the minimum 20 card trans a month and the minimum monthly payment. How do I get this voucher? Customer Service hung up on me!

@hollistony You can use the Move Money feature with other savings accounts. However, with the Monthly Saver you can save between £25-£250 per month, and this has to be paid via standing order. You can find more information here: tsb.co.uk/content/dam/ts… I hope this helps. Sophie

@TSB So I can't make use of the move money feature in the TSB app? that seems crazy. When I searched how to move money it describes in a few steps how to move money but it doesn't state you can't do this to move money to your savings account.
