Your Shopify product images are tiny on mobile. No carousel = one chance to convert. Bigger images = higher perceived value = more sales.

We get asked about our CRO strategy a lot. While it's never one-size-fits-all, here's how it looked for a client where we added $3.5M ARR. Spoiler: It starts with 3 weeks of research before writing a single line of code.

Nearly $1,000,000 month at 17 🫣 Okay I promise no more of these screenshots.. I’ve noticed that the less I post on X, the more I’m able to really focus and scale my business.. The craziest thing is, I’ve literally been testing a new ad angle / concept a day for the past month and these are the results from doing it. I got complacent at times but I kept pushing.. out of the last 30 days, I probably skipped a day or two of uploading ads. My MRR has finally started coming in which means I can scale at a lower ROAS which is pretty sick. Cash flow has becoming a hugeeee issue for me, even with a credit card the weekend payout waits are quite hard to deal with especially when you have a lot of your capital in inventory 😬 At the moment it’s still just me, an email marketing guy, a video editor, customer support VA, and google agency.. which means a lot of hiring is going to be required in the upcoming days My biggest bottleneck right now is training people.. would’ve never thought I would have this issue, so time to focus more of my time on that rather than marketing. Systems scale… not just my ads It really only takes 1 winning “angle” / “concept” / “desire” to scale to the moon though 😉 anyways.. we keep pushing 💪 $1M month soon?

Creators burn out because they’re trying to be everything. Entrepreneurs burn out because they don’t want to be seen at all. The sweet spot is when your business and your identity finally stop arguing and start collaborating.

The reason most creators don’t make money? They treat content like therapy and business like an afterthought. Clarity, messaging, and a real offer will take you farther than another aesthetic B-roll montage.

Been looking at pet supplement brands and this PetLabCo collection page has some solid conversion elements 🧪 1. Navigation that actually helps Most brands throw you into a wall of products PetLabCo puts category tabs right at the top: Probiotics, Allergy & Itch, Dental, Joints, etc. One click to find what you need. Less scrolling, less decision fatigue 2. Authority placement "Probiotics for dogs - America's top-selling probiotic" Headline. Above the fold Right next to it - vet testimonial with photo and credentials Two trust signals before you scroll. 3. Subscription incentive shown upfront "FREE gift for subscribers" badge sits on the product image. Not hidden in the product page or checkout You see it immediately. Makes subscription feel like the obvious choice, not an upsell Why this works: Each element kills a micro-objection: Where's my product? (Nav sorts it) Can I trust this? (Authority + vet) Should I subscribe? (Incentive is visible) They're clearing objections at the collection level, not deep in the funnel. For pet supplements where trust beats urgency, this makes sense

Most online stores lose sales because people simply don’t trust them. Here’s how to fix that fast 👇 • Show return/refund info upfront • Use real product photos • Add small testimonials near CTA • Display shipping time clearly Trust = conversion.

SEO is more valuable than ever been with the addition of LLMs. Every brand wants maximum visibility where consumers make decisions (Google, ChatGPT, etc). Best time to build for it, also the highest barrier to entry ever. Top 1% will print, bottom 99% will be obsolete

SEO agencies are still running the 2021 playbook: - 3 months to finish a tech audit - 5x ToF blogs/mo - 4x generic backlinks/mo - 12x "SEO takes time" Meanwhile, we're: - building 20-30+ BoF pages - 5-10 niche links - 4-5 MoF blogs - 20-25 Reddit mentions - 12x "Holy sh*t, it's already working??" All in the first month.

Your Shopify store isn’t underperforming because you don’t have enough apps. It’s underperforming because: - The product page doesn’t build trust. - There’s no urgency to buy. - The experience feels generic, not personal.

Just wrapped a checkout test that breaks the "fewer steps = higher conversion" rule. Test: 1-page vs 3-page checkout. Store: 8-figure Shopify Plus Sample: 12,284 checkouts. Winner: 3-page AOV: +2.1% (98% significance) Revenue per checkout: +1.7% CVR: basically flat, 0.3% higher in 3-page Why 3-page may have won: Cross-sell widgets performed better across multiple steps vs fighting for attention on one page. Each stage = natural decision point. Client went live before peak season. The lesson: Test your assumptions. What works in theory doesn't always work for your store.
