British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said some pro-Palestine marches could be banned and that people using the phrase “globalise the Intifada” may face prosecution.
In an interview with the BBC, he called for tighter restrictions on language at such protests and suggested that some demonstrations could be prohibited.
“I’m a big defender of freedom of expression, peaceful protests,” he told the BBC. “But when there are chants like ‘globalise the Intifada’, that’s completely off limits.”
Starmer said discussions were ongoing with police and indicated that bans on certain rallies could be considered.

Communities across the UK remain understandably shaken by antisemitic fears after the horrific Golders Green attack.
Togetherness must stand firm to eradicate hatred wherever it appears.
We also cannot forget the third victim. A life treated as an afterthought. No press coverage. No political outrage. Just virtually ignored. We should be asking why.
Wishing all those injured a full and swift recovery, and that justice is served.

In no universe does this make any sense.
