Started drinking more water for better health gimmick and all that happened is I pee every 40 minutes now👌

trying to fit in 3 meals cause im too bloated with 2 bigger meals but i want to keep skipping breakfast but also maintain at least a 14 hours fast window

my belly is so huge it’s been 2 hours i want to end it all

okay now i am sure peas are one of the food that gets me bloated like crazy im not having it again anytime soon.

bought some peppermint too to see if to changed anything to my bloating….
