To be clear, my objection to Nolan's Odyssey isn't really that it's inaccurate.
I've been talking about how much I love the character designs in the Hades games for a month and they're not trying to be accurate, but they're clever and fun, and at least reflect a genuine interest in the period.

They're trying to normalize the use of AI, btw. Don't believe for a second that every studio, hell, every artist in the industry is using it. keep broadening your horizons, learn about artists, art styles, take inspiration from culture, history, and science.
