มีประเด็นเรื่องนักเรียนทุนรัฐบาลก็ขอเล่าหน่อยละกัน บอกตรงๆ นักเรียนทุนส่วนใหญ่ “อ่านสัญญา” และรู้ตัวว่ากำลังเซ็นหนี้ระดับ 30 ล้านอยู่แล้ว ไม่ใช่เด็กหลงเซ็นอะไรมั่วๆ ที่เซ็นเพราะตอนนั้นทุกคนมีภาพไปเรียนให้สุด แล้วกลับมาทำงานให้ประเทศ มีอาชีพมีเกียรติ และเลี้ยงตัวเลี้ยงครอบครัวได้ แต่พอกลับมา ปัญหาจริงมันคือ “ระบบรองรับ” ที่ไม่มี career path ไม่มีตำแหน่ง ไม่มี lab/งบ/ทีม ไม่มีงานที่ใช้ความรู้ที่ไปเรียนมา ค่าตอบแทนก็ห่างจากที่คิดแบบคนละโลก แล้วมันไม่ได้พังแค่งานนะ มันพังชีวิต เพราะสัญญามันล็อกไว้ทั้งประเทศ ทั้งเมือง ทั้งหน่วยงาน แบบย้ายไม่ได้ จะย้ายบ้าน พ่อแม่ป่วยอยากกลับไปดูแล แฟนได้งานอีกจังหวัด อีกประเทศ อยากย้ายตาม เป็นไปไม่ได้ ยกเว้นได้ผัวรวยจ่ายเงินใช้ทุนให้เลย 30 ล้าน55555 บางคู่ต้องเป็น long distance หลายปี หรือไม่ก็เลิกกันไปเลย ยิ่งมีเคสที่เซ็นตั้งแต่ยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะ ไม่มีต้นสังกัด = กลับมาต้องมาลุ้นอีกว่าจะได้ทำงานตรงสายไหม สัญญายาวเป็นสิบปีๆ อย่าเรียกทุนเลย เรียกเงินกู้ดอกเบี้ยสูงดีกว่า
