@urgentintel

Deep in geopolitics. America isn’t just the greatest nation on Earth, it’s the last, best hope for humanity.

Wait, so everything must be resolved during first round? Is that a rule you made. It’s also convenient how you ignored everything I pointed out in detail (literally facts showing you what victory looks like) and then you just turn around and make up your own version of what imaginary victory is.

@urgentintel @avidseries If Iran was finished, there would be surrender terms, not renewed talks. that's all you need to know. If Iran survives the U.S. and Israel without a nuke (which it will), disrupting Hormuz, and enriching China and Russia, its not a victory.

@Amena__Bakr What’s so uncertain about it? Anything coming out of Iranian ports is blockaded, and anything coming out of other countries is free to go. Hope that helps.

Day 8 of the ceasefire. A lot of uncertainty around the US blockade and how it works. Talks in Islamabad expected this week and oil prices seem to buying the news that there will be a deal. #war #Iran

They’re not in a much better position. Just think about it. If the majority of your leadership is decapitated (even the guy you worship as head of state and religion), and if the majority of your air, naval, and military capability in general is destroyed, damaged, or inoperable, then how in the heck are they in a better position? Their only options left to fight would be to engage in guerrilla warfare, but we’re not going to engage them in that. The US handpicking publicly and appointing a leader for them to run their government wouldn’t look good in Iran (they’re different from Venezuela). If there is to be regime change, it is the people of Iran that have to do it. And America has created the conditions for them to do it by substantially degrading their military and internal suppressive forces. There is literally no reality in which Iran is stronger now than they were before the war. It’s just simply not true. Just look at basic facts. And the reason you’re able to even openly make those points is because you’re getting fed propaganda by the current Iranian regime. They need to portray themselves as the winners both externally and internally so that they can continue to at least try to maintain control internally (not sure if that’s working very well right now). Would a winning state shut down its internet and prevent its people from access info from outside and publishing info to the outside world. Be logical. Think critically.

@urgentintel @avidseries Ok. Can we just return to your original post? I just want an acknowledgment that they are in a much better spot than your tweet. Unless we commit ground troops which nobody wants, this is it. No regime change, no advantage at all

@BBCWorld Well, I’m all for protecting our citizens, but our citizens should respect foreign laws when they’re on foreign territory just like foreigners should respect our laws when they’re on our territory.

1. Iran charged money before, but IS NOT “now” because they no longer have control. 2. Winners negotiate by dictating the loser’s terms of surrender. This is how all conflicts work. 3. You already said that (see 1 above) 4. China categorically denied sending weapons to Iran (maybe they’re lying) but Trump has threatened sanctions if they get caught sending more weapons, and China would never risk sanctions just to help a losing party. Russian energy has always been there, but it profits more now because of Hormuz (but not for long)

@urgentintel @avidseries 1. Hormuz was open. Now there are fees up to $2M per transit. 2. Winners don't negotiate. 3. Pre-war Hormuz toll revenue was $0 Now its $2M in Yuan. 4.China helping with military capability, Russian energy is back on the table 5. See 1 6. fair contend with 1-5

@avidseries @Noahpinion Agreed. AI will take lots of basic white-collar and basic blue-collar jobs, but it can’t take over skilled blue-collar jobs. Blue-collar America is about to get very wealthy if we olay this right.

That’s exactly it. That’s the psychological operation also. It’s this constant feeling that people must have an opinion about everything. They’ve been conditioned to believe they shouldn’t trust anyone or anything, and that they always need to speak up and take a side. The reality is that most people don’t have the information or the knowledge to form truly informed opinions. And honestly, it’s not even their job, they don’t have that responsibility. But they’re deliberately made to feel like they must have an opinion on every issue. Why? Because their opinions are then weaponized to put pressure on politicians.

If you're a conservative or right-winger who stopped supporting Israel in the last few years, you are the victim of another Leftist psyop and are doing their work for them. You might not like hearing that, but it's 100% true.

We already won the war. We didn’t ask them to send troops or to attack Iran. We asked them to use their airspace and asked them to send some ships (which it turns out they don’t have much of) to hormuz to help ships get through it so they can get their oil. But they acted with hostility.

Check the news from today. 30+ ships from non-Iranian ports were let through by US. All ships from Iran ports were forced to return because of US blockade. Basically, the tables have turned. The US is not letting anything get in or out of the Iran (except for humanitarian aid), but ships from other ports can get through (of course not at the same level as pre-war)

@CBSNews Why always kill? Maybe those drug couriers had no choice — threats to their families, debts they couldn't pay. But the U.S. doesn't ask. Just shoots. No arrest. No trial. No mercy. Fourth strike in days. How many more before someone asks: is this justice or execution?
