@uscscreenwriter

I've never been accused of being succinct.

@heyellieday You had to sign up for a chance to be assigned a time slot to purchase tickets. You can sign up to be notified for the next draw they do. I'm in my time slot now and there are basically no tickets available. So it's pointless.

@TheCinesthetic Shireen Baratheon’s death was one of the most shocking scenes ever… Burned alive right in front of her own parents… that scene was truly disturbing 💔

@TheGourdKing @peachringslush @TheCinesthetic Later in the film it's revealed *SPOILER* that there are actually two men in two suits. So two people performed this action. One slashed the throat while the other raised her arm and opened her hand for the first person to put the knife into.

@LilMissJayMo @TheCinesthetic That makes sense. I always thought it was filmed in a weird way. Like for some reason in always pictured him standing to the right of the table (Moss’s left) when he does the slash. +It always seemed to me like he was leaning over the table and the knife was right in front of her

@uscscreenwriter @M4AGoGreen @AfternoonTune Now explain how scolding a grieving person for saying their loved one committed suicide helps society move away from stigma rather than creating more stigma via inane virtue signaling.

The Oscars In Memoriam ignored him but I cannot. He was my friend. I put him in five films. In early January I buried James “PJ” Ransone after he committed suicide… He was a complex, funny, talented, and undeniably reckless person. He was wildly alive and deeply loved. I know he said some infuriating things online, but the last time I saw him, he cried with regret for all of that. “I didn’t mean to hurt anyone’s feelings,” he said. Please don’t trash him here. He is dearly missed.

@CamrynHorchow @M4AGoGreen @AfternoonTune When we speak about committing an act it is most often referring to a crime. If not a crime, something immoral. So moving away from this language makes it less of a stigma which can make people with suicidal thoughts more likely to tell someone about them.

@CamrynHorchow @M4AGoGreen @AfternoonTune Yes, I agree this person wasn't speaking on their behalf. I took them off my reply to you. I also think the person who commented should have kept that to themselves because it's not the appropriate time. But we should all try to use language that removes the stigma of suicide.

@uscscreenwriter @M4AGoGreen @AfternoonTune The OP wasn't speaking on behalf of "the world of mental health" ffs. Shitting on the memorial of their deceased friend by complaining they didn't use your "preferred term" for suicide is so out of touch I just can't.

@raycaswell85 @TheCinesthetic Not sure what makes you think this. She's clearly portrayed as the villain, save for Neil Patrick Harris being about a equal villain given that he's essentially keeping her prisoner.

@TheCinesthetic I'll never get over the insane equivalency made in that film. She is an actual psycho who fakes her own death, intending to send her husband to prison for her murder, and kills a guy, framing it as rape and self-defense. He has an affair. Yet the film makes clear they're the same
