What fucks me up about the ending is that the Eridians did ALL THAT so Grace would be comfortable knowing he's going to leave anyway. They made him his own biodome WHILE they were prepping his ship so he can go back home. THEY LOVE HIM OVER THERE. Oh my god Grace DON'T LEAVE

i find stratt having a spouse and children to be so weird thematically bc the whole time i was watching the movie i thought she felt as lonely as grace did. that they found companionship in each other, and he managed to be the one to get her to be a little bit more open.
