Update on fields: UBC MacInnes turf is damaged by the rain and has been closed and there is now standing water on Trimble. All programming on these fields today is cancelled. We will update as necessary for Sunday programming.

6. We accept that some parents will choose not to bring their child to play today and some will. We also accept that some may intend to play and find roads in their area flooded and choose to turn back with legitimate safety concerns.

5. A lot of thought and discussion went in to making these decisions & we accept that some will question not playing at Chald &/or playing at Trimble. I have often said our job, working in youth soccer, boils down to "put kids on teams and teams on fields." We facilitate play.

As we head into a very wet weekend according to forecasts, please read the attached text for info on how field closures and game cancellations are managed by leagues, districts, clubs and referees.

Training and Evaluations at UBC and U Hill tonight are cancelled due to snow. Training at Jericho (video below) is user discretion.
