@OhDoughPlays They could have done something like the illuminate armor instead, an armor that can withstand some damage, but it'll break with constant shooting, they could do that, they have the technology, but choose to be borning and annoying as usual.

@OhDoughPlays Making the devastator shields breakable so the mech shield can be breakable is one thing, but since they left the spot open to have other enemies with an unbreakable shield, the hive guard.

Helldivers 2 is a game where it's players are the unpaid PR team tasked with convincing you that some of the most abysmal nonsense is actually the greatest gift bestowed upon super earth. opinions are 1 thing but it's turned into delusion. "heavy armor hive guards are good" :)

@HelldiversAlert These people are fast in blaming the community instead of themselves, the game came out with not late game content, zero to non progression aside from WB, ship upgrades (which gets nerf constantly) and stratagems. Far far west has late game stuff and it's on early access.

@muaxh03 My theory is that they add that shadow to farm hype, they just told us customization for anything is low priority so this might be a bait from the devs.

Where's is the stratagem launcher? I wonder if they removed it because it would considered p2w or something or they're just working on a mech customization.

@Ordo_Aurora @SzymonSuty1 @HelldiversAlert weird, i use spear yesterday and it never lock on the bug holes and i'll rather use the ultimatum, can 1 shot titans and chargers, it has 2 bullets yes, but the missile pistol only has 3 so ain much of a difference aside from BIG damage.

@verdurius @SzymonSuty1 @HelldiversAlert The Spear and Wasp can definitely target bug holes, and so can this new weapon. It can also two shot a Bile Titan in the Face. Im pretty sure I two shot a charger with it as well but i'd have to test it out again later.

@Fragilfox1 @HelldiversAlert You can literally bring a turret and it'll do the same job and even more than the bullet storm, it's even automatic so you don't have to slow down while getting swarmed, this is sadly another lower diff weapon.

@HelldiversAlert Yes, the Bullet Storm will hopefully be buffed to Medium Pen very soon, otherwise why bring it ? Stalwart does the same things plus you can reload it on the move.

@DeathsSunrise @Helldivers_NOW I hope you're right, it'll take a few diff 10 to figure if this was a good change or just another monkey paw balance, I do also hope this changes stuff for the tank and the recon vehicle, still puzzle me why even add light pen weak post on both the tank and the exo suit.

@verdurius @Helldivers_NOW They’re doubling health in the same patch for exo’s. It’s clear the goal is ‘make sure bugs aren’t completely run over by exo’s’ not being bugs level with the other factions vs vehicles.

Maybe because the Illuminates and Automatons use weapons that blast you to oblivion. And the terminids... uh, claws?

@DeathsSunrise @Helldivers_NOW As it should, you can't make a melee base enemies faction be on part with a faction that spam rockets or lasers. It's like making a pistol more or as powerful than an AR. Looking at you resident evil >:v

@verdurius @Helldivers_NOW The last time I did bugs my squad rocked like full lances of exo’s and yeah, it was kinda silly good. I doubt that just making some bugs pen harder is gonna change the walking artillery platform being good vs a mostly melee faction.
