While we wait for Claude Fable 5 to come back, here's another wild demo I built for Alpha School. A 3D game that generates itself on the fly, fusing what a kid has to learn with what they're actually into. Just the first prototype, done in two days with Fable. (sound on!)

@adelbucetta you're right that I haven't replicated intuition. the trick is you don't have to. the intuition lives in the tool, the ai just writes code into it. this video is a plain deterministic scene file, not generated pixels. you can read and edit every frame: gist.github.com/kiyeonjeon21/4…

ai is great at drafting motion. it has no taste. so i don't let it render pixels. it writes a plain scene as code, and i tune the motion by hand in this editor. dragging the path, retiming the beats. the edits save to a separate layer, so when the ai regenerates the scene, my changes survive. ai drafts, i direct.

where it started a few days ago, for context. rough. the whole character system is declarative: pose = joint angles, walk = a preset, squash and a smile = path morphs. all deterministic, and edits survive when the AI regenerates the scene.

my motion framework couldn't animate people. my first character was a sad neon stick figure. kept going. now a clean flat figure walks in and presents your product, footsteps synced. every frame is code, rendered to a deterministic mp4. no After Effects 👇
