What an incredible moment to witness. The Buddhist Monks Walking for Peace, across 10 states, 110 days, and 2,300 miles, walked to the Maryland State Capitol before heading back to Fort Worth, Texas where their journey began back in October. @FOXBaltimore

At Assateague State Park, the weekend’s coastal storm caused significant beach erosion, especially near the Youth Group Beach and the F Loop crossover. Much of the sand remains frozen, and as it begins to thaw, large sections are breaking off. For safety, visitors are encouraged to access the beach only at the Day Use crossover and to stay clear of areas with steep drop-offs.
