Surprisingly, the answer is 𝒏𝒐. In my new paper, I prove an 𝗔𝗗𝗟 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗺𝗮: no ADL mechanism can simultaneously optimize for: - Solvency - Fairness - Long-Term Revenue This is a fundamental limit on ADL! arxiv.org/abs/2512.01112
