First, in Islam, marriage with father-in-law is not allowed. Secondly, if a woman marries someone else again, she should not do so with the intention of getting a divorce from him in order to remarry her first husband. If the second husband dies or divorces her for some other genuine reason, then remarrying her first husband becomes permissible.
