Family members allege Sri Lanka police tortured 50 years old Subbaiah Vasantha Kumara found dead in custody on Friday (22) at Kardiyanru police station in Batticaloa. Hospital sources have seen blood at the back of his head. Police say he fainted and collapsed while in custody.
