कॉमरेड्स, आठवें वेतन आयोग से जुड़ी एक महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी साझा कर रहा हूं। नेशनल काउंसिल (JCM) के सेक्रेटरी के रूप में हमारी ओर से आठवें वेतन आयोग को तय समय सीमा से काफी पहले आज मेमोरेंडम भेज दिया गया है। बढ़ती महंगाई और जीवन की आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए कई अहम मांगें रखी गई हैं। इनमें फिटमेंट फैक्टर 3.833 प्रस्तावित किया गया है। इसी के आधार पर न्यूनतम वेतन ₹18000 के स्थान पर अब ₹69,000 करने का और अधिकतम वेतन ₹2,15,000 रखने का प्रस्ताव दिया गया है। इसके साथ ही, फैमिली यूनिट को 5 करने की मांग की गई है। इस बार एक महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव के रूप में पुरुष और महिला की यूनिट वैल्यू में असमानता को समाप्त करते हुए दोनों को समान रूप से एक-एक यूनिट देने का प्रस्ताव रखा गया है। साथ ही, माता-पिता को भी फैमिली यूनिट में शामिल करने की मांग की गई है। सालाना वेतन वृद्धि के लिए 6% की मांग भी रखी गई है। अधिकतम कर्मचारियों को अधिक लाभ पहुंचाने के मकसद से पे स्केल में संरचनात्मक बदलाव का सुझाव दिया गया है। प्रस्ताव के अनुसार, वर्तमान पे स्केल 2 और 3 को मिलाकर नया पे स्केल 2 बनाया जाए। इसी प्रकार, पे स्केल 4 और 5 को मर्ज कर नया पे स्केल 3 बनाने का सुझाव दिया गया है। वर्तमान पे स्केल 6 को संशोधित कर पे स्केल 4 में परिवर्तित करने का प्रस्ताव है, जबकि पे स्केल 7 और 8 को मिलाकर नया पे स्केल 5 बनाने की मांग रखी गई है। इसके साथ ही, वर्तमान पे स्केल 9 और 10 को मर्ज कर नया पे स्केल 6 बनाने का भी प्रस्ताव दिया गया है। इन बदलावों का मकसद वेतन संरचना को सरल बनाना और अधिक से अधिक कर्मचारियों को इसका लाभ सुनिश्चित करना है। इनके अलावे महिलाओं औऱ पेंशनभोगियों के हितों का ख्याल रखते हुये भी कई महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्ताव दिये गये हैं। यह सभी प्रस्ताव कर्मचारियों के हितों को मजबूत करने और उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति को बेहतर बनाने के उद्देश्य से दिए गए हैं। #8thpaycommission

The way Ambedkar Jayanti is becoming a bigger event with each passing year, I think, in the coming years, it'll become the biggest festival in India, much like Chinese New Year for China or Thanksgiving for the US. It could turn into a seven-day festival, with schools and offices organizing events to commemorate it each day. Indian migrant workers might start returning from abroad to celebrate it. We might even begin inviting foreign heads of state to attend, much like on Republic Day. The state currency could feature Ambedkar, and every year there could be a new tallest statue of Ambedkar, each one taller than the last.

@theskindoctor13 Amazing how the "protest" script was updated within 24 hours. Government offers a resolution, so naturally, the next logical step for "workers" is to torch cars and attack police. It’s almost as if the resolution was the one thing they didn't want.

Workers in Noida were demanding a pay rise. The govt stepped in, opened dialogue, and directed a resolution within 24 hours. Despite that, arson and attacks erupted the very next day. This looks completely scripted and planned, much like many past protests. It has happened so often in the country that you don’t need to be a conspiracy theorist to see the pattern. Burning civilian vehicles and attacking police in the guise of a workers’ movement is the execution of a pre-planned agenda, triggered at the “right” time (read: elections), and that too in Noida, the face of UP’s growth and development. Who stands to lose if talks succeed? Your guess is as good as mine. I hope Yogi Adityanath gets to the bottom of this and makes an example of these violent elements and their handlers. This cannot be allowed to succeed in UP.

Around 10 years agp, a friend who had completed a short service commission in the military joined a major Indian IT company.
