Increasingly in my work I realise , that while the Medicopolitical machine does not blink an eye at funding more and more heroic surgery on the increasingly comorbid and frail ... No one really wants to pay for an excellent death This bothers me .. a lot

I asked my husband if he could get me a watch for my birthday. Here is his granddads watch resized to fit my tiny wrist. I love how I can wear a part of history, it’s a well worn gem ♥️
