We can confirm that Xavi Simons has ruptured the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) in his right knee. The 23-year-old suffered the injury during the second half of our Premier League fixture at Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday. Xavi will undergo surgery in the coming weeks and, following that, will then begin his rehabilitation with our medical team. Everyone at Tottenham Hotspur sends Xavi our love and support - we will be with him every step of the way.

People replying calling me miserable but I really can't enjoy this win. We scraped a win against already relegated 20th place. Fine, a wins a win. But it's the fact the teams around us also all won. We're in the exact same situation we were 24 hours ago. Not to mention we picked up 2 more injuries with a suspected ACL tear for Xavi Simons, & Solanke also being out for the season now. I appreciate it looks like I'm just being negative for the sake of it but can't help but feel like we came out of this weekend worse off than we started it..
