in the normal route, the picture has 4 people in it
but then in snowgrave it has 3...
and in undertale when you check it again in sans' lab there are only 3 people
sans saying "he knows your type." in genocide... the weird route is canon to undertale???

So yeah while the screenshot above is the normal route the drawing sans has is from the weird route
