Me, having an epiphany: You know what the real problem is? The BJP and its allies reduce everything to a bumper sticker you can wrap your head around. "Anti-women" "Anti-national" etc. Those in opposition have to explain why they are not "anti-women" -- and such explanations are not simple, they don't fit on a bumper sticker, they require both the explainer and the explainee to use their damn brains, and who today can be bothered? That is why the Modi types keep winning -- because they know your brain can only digest bumper stickers.
