When they put currency rewards they tend to lock it behind reachable aspects of endgames, this is just how they do. One try in genshin's pvp is all you need as preview to know what would happen.

@whystaroth @StarRailVerse1 @nilotpala_ well in any gacha whales do dominate the highest ranks, that was the case in 7ds too, its the case in cookie run etc but you could absolutely get to the highest ranks (just not in the top 1000 or something) fully f2p, i’ve done it in both games
