@mrscmway Feeling OK is completely natural as is feeling guilty. The overriding fact and one which will hopefully quell the negative emotions is the unrelenting fact that he chose you and you chose him. However that ends in the journey and nuances of life is completely out of our control.

I’m currently in bed eating crumpets and drinking coffee. My dog is lying on my feet and I’m watching Afterlife. It’s 9 months today since my husband and best friend of 26 years took his own life but I can actually honestly say today I feel ok. But I feel guilty for feeling ok!
