It’s the first time in almost 30 years that I jogged this far/long without having to stop and walk. It’s still a pretty slow pace (I think a few turtles lapped me), but I’m making progress!

Having way more fun at Okuma Recreation Center in Northern Okinawa over President’s Day weekend than any one person ought to be allowed!

Finishing up my online e-learning “Night Dive” section of the PADI Advanced Open Water course while watching an Okinawan sunset from my rooftop porch in preparation for my first-ever night dive tomorrow. A little scared, not going to lie, but also excited!

My niece Veronica (Roni) Barnard, was in a terrible automobile accident last week, and she is now brain-dead. Please pray for her family members, especially her four children, who are mourning her loss. Lord, have mercy.
