It's now been 3 hours since our supposed "ally" Donald Trump threatened genocide on a country of 93 million people. We've had absolutely nothing from the UK government. This doesn't come in a vacuum either - every day the US & Israel have been murdering innocent people.

@willpufc Let’s be honest. Trump is a deranged, demented psycho. He is not listening to what anyone says apart from himself. He would not listen to Starmer as he represents the antithesis of Trump: a hardworking, honest man. The best thing Starmer can do is defend the national interest.

@Waves256169 @asyouwereS6 I literally said about 1000 times now I don’t agree with illegal migrants being let in however I don’t have anything against them on a personal level and I hold sympathy for most of them as they’re fleeing terrible situations

But pretending economic migrants are a new contributor is completely disingenuous.

Theres no solid evidence asylum seekers are “net contributors”, most studies don’t even isolate them, and the ones that do show theyre a net cost (they’re not allowed to work).
So claiming they “pay for themselves” just isn’t backed by the data.
