It's the first time I'm watching the Winter Olympics this year. All of these sports are just insane. Pretty much 50 different ways to injure yourself.

Fair play that is the best outcome overall I feel! Nice to see there is some humanity there and it's not all about backstabbing #TheTraitors

The traitors have no reason to turn against each other at this point. It's pointless throwing the other under the bus as the faithfuls would surely just get the other one out?#TheTraitors

@cineworld Is there any further response to my last message please? Evidently from the other replies it unfortunately seems as though it's an increasingly prevalent issue which is really hindering our experiences.

Really disappointed at @cineworld in Cardiff last night. Despite flagging it early on, people were constantly chatting and on their phones throughout the screening. Ruined the experience and felt on edge having to tell people to be quiet throughout the film!

@cineworld There were two point where the night vision goggles came in and they clearly would have been able to see people texting and taking phone calls. I didn't want to miss any more of the film than I had done at the beginning to flag it.

@winklefudge Hey Daniel, we're sorry to hear that. What did the team advise when you raised this with them?

@cineworld A staff member came in right at the start and did ask the row to be quiet after I asked. However they kept going and were on their phones throughout. Then another couple came in 50 mins into the film and were chatting loudly and flashing on their phones.
