We had a great time attending the careers day at Shawlands Academy, taking the opportunity to showcase the confidence building, employability skills and mentorship we provide with our programmes. We help young people make the transition from education into the world of work.

Cerys recently completed the Pathfinder programme. Her passion for hairdressing was evident, so after a 12 week placement with industry expert Paul Allan, Cerys has secured an apprenticeship and will be working at the salon. All of us at Pathfinder and DRC are so proud.
