Brilliant customer services from Nicola @asknationwide Nationwide Building Society this week helping to sort out mortgage deeds for an aunt with my poa. Wish all customer services was this good.

@SiemensHomeUK Michael @SiemensHomeUK wasn't even listening to what I had to say. Kept repeating the same spiel about a chargeable visit. Why can't I speak to someone more senior, more technically competent? Someone giving stock answers is no better than a bot

Asked for a copy of @SiemensHomeUK complaints procedure and he refused to send it to me. What does that say about their crap customer services. Think twice before you buy any @SiemensHomeUK kitchen appliances.

Just had a call back from @Siemenshomeuk, a guy called Michael ( wouldn't give his surname). They refused to answer my question sent by email, re my induction hob. I asked to speak to someone more snr and was told there is no-one! Really? In a company the size of Seimens.

On Friday I responded to an urgent same day request to help regarding commercial kitchen ventilation systems at a London venue. I guess there are not many who could or would respond at such short notice. The client got the information they needed and I was paid on Monday.😀

Should have included @adurandworthing in my original tweet, just so that they know what visitors to your town experience.

Interesting experiences in #Worthing tonight, tried to cross Broadwater Rd at the pedestrian crossing and 2 cars went through on red! Then at Cricketers Parade, driver of DY57UGC dumped all the take away rubbish out of his car.

On the plus side in #Worthing we had an absolutely fantastic meal at @GiorgioWorthing Ristorante Italiano, with excellent service, plus great value, so I would highly recommend this place.
