✨ Year 5 had an unforgettable adventure at the British Museum! ✨As part of their Ancient Greece topic, the children explored real artefacts, uncovered fascinating myths, and stepped back in time to discover how the Ancient Greeks lived, learned, and created. 🏛️🏺🇬🇷

Remember, remember our amazing Year 1 assembly! The children retold The Gunpowder Plot with great acting, singing, and smiles all around. What a sparkling performance! 🎆🎇

Year 2 had a royally wonderful day exploring Windsor Castle! 👑 They learned all about the Battle of Hastings and discovered how castles have changed over time. 🏰

What a wonderful Year 1 assembly! Our talented pupils brought The Queen’s Hat to life with beautiful singing and a magical tour around our amazing city.

Our Year 2’s introduced different elements of oracy to the school! 💬✨ From speaking clearly to listening carefully, they showed us how powerful good communication can be. 🌟

Year 2 turned science into style with their Materials Fashion Show! From shiny metals to soft fabrics, they explored which materials work best, and strutted their stuff while doing it!

WTW celebrated International Day 2025 with colours, flavours, and creativity from every corner of the globe! 🌎 Each class explored a different culture through art, cooking, and stories. After school, our families came together to share dishes from their culture. 🇧🇷🇮🇹🇯🇵🇯🇲🇪🇷🇵🇪🇦🇺🇱🇰

Sports Day 2025 🏅

Year 5 have been diving into the lives of significant figures in history, including Henry VII! 👑 Their visit to Hampton Court Palace was a fabulous journey back in time, exploring the Great Hall, Henry’s royal chambers, and the Tudor kitchens. 🏰

Year 5 had a flame-tastic time at Lillian Bayliss Technology School, diving into exciting experiments during their science taster day! 🔥🧪🧬

Today, Year One kicked off WTW’s 150th anniversary celebrations with an assembly to remember all the children who have passed through the hallways of our unique school. We learned about the rich history of this special building, which has meant so much to so many people! 💚
