On behalf of the entire moderation team, We want to address the situation regarding the recent loss of a beloved member of our development team, Vioncii. First and foremost, we are deeply saddened by his passing. He was an important part of this community and our thoughts are with his family, friends, and everyone who knew him. We understand that some of you are upset about posts being removed and hidden. We want to clarify that this decision was not made to silence anyone. We were directly asked by those close to him to keep information private until they were ready. Out of respect for his loved ones, we honored that request. Unfortunately, the news began to spread before an official statement could be made, which led to confusion and hurt on all sides. We are truly so sorry. Moving forward, we ask everyone to please be respectful. Do not share or repost any images, videos, or details of the incident. This is a real person, with real loved ones who deserve privacy and dignity during this time. Thank you to those who have shown patience, understanding, and kindness. We appreciate this community and we ask that we come together to support one another during this extremely difficult time. @RoyaleHighValks I think they should just make it gamepasses. Then we don’t have to go searching online websites, stores, and paying overpriced resellers for the codes. Instead we ALL have it available to us at the same price and whenever we have enough to buy it it’s already there for us!

Hi students! 💫 The team is actively removing many bans that were flagged due to rapid leveling. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, these systems are in place to protect you from hackers and exploiters who level accounts quickly to scam, and other reasons. If you’re banned, you can still email Support@RoyaleHigh.com as usual, but your issue may be resolved within a few days by tech devs before support. We also recommend not opening tens of thousands of eggs at once (even though we know it’s tempting 🥚✨). Try opening them in waves instead. We are also onboarding more staff to improve wait times! We’re continuously working behind the scenes to improve these systems. Thank you for your patience and support! 💖
