@OpenANewFuture @hexbabybeauty thank you for this it looks like their communication skills aren’t that great anytime of the year. it took a month and a half to get my order and when i emailed asking for info or pretty much anything i got radio silence🙄

@hexbabybeauty has had terrible communication. I can understand having an influx of orders bc of black friday and them being a small bussiness, but maybe inform the ppl who bought from the BF sale through email, social, any form of communication thats not just their website -
