想自己培养一批web3运营人才，带在身边。人不要多，个个精英就够了。 以后有能力给web3项目做策划和执行。各类冷启动。 一方面行业刚需，现在我投的几个特别好的创业公司，频繁出现找不到运营人才，运营拖延整个产品进度的问题。 一方面这是一份可以坐在家里赚美金并且好玩的职业。

这个事情客观讲跟sol没有半毛钱关系，发生在其他链的其他协议也是一样的，不要恶意的进行扩大化，并且接管巨鲸账户之前Juno就干过，也没见谁说Cosmos是流氓链。最后如果对sol有过一些研究，就会知道其去中心化程度要比“想当然”的要高得多，每次宕机都需要等stake进来的validator重启
