Life is not ideal, but the conditions for inner transformation and growth are always ideal.

You may speak all the right spiritual jargon, but the test is when life bumps into you. Do you throw the book knowledge away or do you live according to what you have understood.

Between two thoughts, where are your problems?

Your ideas and how you articulate them do not matter if you don't lead a life which is consistent with them.

It's all one big play. Ever wondered why no one told you that? Because they want soldiers, compliant citizens, take your vaccines, raise your hand to go to the toilet and ask no questions.

Words do not teach, only experience does.

Fear of death and loving life cannot coexist

You are the same one who slept not long ago without worries; the worries are not yours.

One definition of Reality can be: that which does not depend on anything; that which does not change; that which is self-conscious. The 'world' doesn’t meet any of these.

Don't expect the mind which created the world ('I' and 'not-I') to accept it as unreal.

Fear is just a thought

The weaker the body the noisier the mind

Actions will be carried whether you consider yourself the actor or not. Might as well be free of the acting burden.

To see the ignorance is realization, to think you have realized is ignorance.

Be silent and the Self will speak

Take a deep breath. Tell thoughts that arise: 'not now'. Relax the shoulders. Stretch your jaw. Find the peace and happiness you've been seeking right under your nose.

'Enlightenment' is when your spouse and children can no longer push your buttons.
