The best software engineers I know all have this in common: • Start coding with big dreams at 21. • Get rejected by companies at 22. • Take the job they could get at 23. • Spend 2 years fixing bugs and writing CRUD APIs. • Feel behind when others post big salaries online. • Try to switch at 26. • Fail interviews at 27. • Realize tutorials were not enough. • Finally learn CS fundamentals, system design, databases, networking, and how real systems break. • Start building better at 29. • Become dangerous at 31. And change their family’s future by 35. With their sharpest years still ahead. Software engineering is not a sprint. It is a long game of skill, patience, and staying in the fight. Keep going.

The most successful people I know all have this in common: • Dream of a business at 21. • Launch and fail at 23. • Go back to a job at 24. • Try again at 26. • Fail again at 28. • Lose money and confidence. • Learn everything that failure taught you. • Build something real at 31. And change your family's future forever at 36. With your best years still ahead. Entrepreneurship is not a race. It is a test of patience. Keep going.

One would think Zimbabweans are asking for a lot but in reality we just want the basics, we just want our efforts to count for something, some security in our investments 🫴🏾policies that allow you to make long term plans in your life pensions, medical aid. Is that too much?

Wonzwa Rimwe Dununu Richiti ZANUPF Ndiyo Yakwidza Fuel Kunge Risiri Kuwona Hondo YeIran! Factors Affecting Zimbabwe’s Fuel Prices Fuel pricing in Zimbabwe is influenced by: •Full dependence on imported fuel •High purchasing price of fuel on the international market •Transportation and logistics costs •Currency dynamics •High fuel demand driven by development projects Government Measures to Stabilise Supply To further enhance supply flexibility, Government has approved the importation of diesel by road with immediate effect, in addition to the existing pipeline and rail transport systems. Working with oil traders, the Government is opening additional supply routes that are not affected by the current conflict in the Middle East. This strategy helps ensure continuous fuel availability and reduces the risk of shortages caused by disruptions along traditional supply corridors. The Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) has announced a sharp increase in fuel prices for March 2026, a move largely driven by rising global oil costs linked to escalating tensions and conflict in the Middle East. The Middle East remains the heart of global oil supply, and any instability there immediately disrupts production, shipping routes, and insurance costs for tankers. As tensions rise, fewer vessels are willing to pass through risky corridors such as the Strait of Hormuz. Insurance premiums surge and supply chains tighten, resulting in higher oil prices on the international market. Zimbabwe, like most African countries, imports all of its fuel. This means the country does not directly control the price of fuel. Even when the government attempts to cushion citizens through subsidies or reduced charges, pressure from global market forces eventually affects domestic prices. In essence, a war thousands of kilometres away can dictate the cost of transport, food, and production in Zimbabwe, demonstrating the interconnected nature of the global energy markets. @KMutisi @BaShonaBaShona @Tinoten53374277 @dereckgoto @Jamwanda2 @zanupf_patriots

Dating a broke guy can be really draining. You end up pretending you don’t like nice things just to protect his feelings, and acting like money doesn’t matter when it actually does 😪😭

Why is it our fuel prices keep rising exponentially as compared to our neighbors in the SADC region?

Its this sort of stuff that validates the rot inside 🇿🇼 🏏. A member of staff talking about match fixing when there was never any evidence of this, as clearly detailed by the ICC. It is unfortunate because fans do not resonate this opinion, as evidenced below. Have some respect.

📌📌📌 If you really want to see how tribalistic some Shonas can be, let the Ndebeles try to erect a statue of Lobengula somewhere in Bulawayo. Yooo… the reactions would be something else. 😹🤞
