@CorePython They had the pick (lafteniere) to go get eichel and win a cup. Their scouting and decision making blew it. When you can obtain an elite number 1 C, and have the cap space and ammo to get them, while in a contender window, you just do it. No debate

@CorePython It’s very easy to understand why this organization has only won 1 cup in 86 years. Ideally you make that trade without Mika yes but have both and Mika your number 2 center. What a concept but for an organization that is allergic to number 1 C’s it’s par for the course.

@CorePython Weird dunk. Zbad put up 81 and 91 points the following two seasons and it’s speculative to say that Eichel would objectively be better than Zbad plus the cost of acquisition. Also, drury didn’t have gift of knowing Eichel’s neck would be fine.
