Trump and the US military has degraded Iran's military to the point where it is virtually neutralized. It's one ace card in hand, missile and drone salvo's have dropped 85-95% from war start. They have lost all IADS nation-wide. Meaning they have ceded air supremacy to the US/Israel. Iranian naval/air power are literally gone as military forces. They have nothing now but sporadic missile & drone lanches which are being mostly intercepted. The nation is wide open for amphibious operations and selected airborne operations to 'smash and grab' assets whenever/wherever they like. Kharg. Ardakan. Isfahan. Whereever. Please point out the 'incompetence' here? You are correct about loyalty and allies however. You cannot be disloyal and truly remain an ally. The problem with this scenario is that Spain/EU needs the US far more than the US needs them. And its Spain that has barked the loudest out of all the little beta dogs in Europe.
