Trans lawyer at a hearing in Oklahoma is arrested for contempt of court after arguing with a judge on February 5, 2026. It gets MESSY. Rob Hopkins, formerly known as Robyn, was told by the judge, “Stop, you interrupt me one more time and you are being held in direct contempt of court and you can wipe that smirk off your face.” Then it came to this point in the video below. The judge said, “We’re stopping,” and law enforcement came over to arrest Hopkins (a biological woman). She physically resisted and screamed repeatedly, “I can’t breathe!” She also asked people to call 911. Hopkins was reportedly held on a $25,000 bond, according to The Oklahoma Post. @CollinRugg It was sickening what they did to that lawyer. He was just trying to defend his client but the corrupt judge Lori Jackson was so biased and prejudice and she's known for this. He did not deserve that at all. He was manhandled. He's going to sue the Court and he's going to win big

The transgender attorney who was tackled to the ground after getting into an argument with an Oklahoma judge has closed down their LGBTQ law firm. Rob Hopkins says Hopkins Law and Associates is closed down following the incident. "At this time, it is the right move for me to step away..." "We are closing our doors, but we would like to thank you all for your kindness, support, and most of all loyalty for the last 13 years!" the law firm announced on Facebook.

Transgender attorney begs for a female police officer after getting tackled to the ground before being jailed for contempt. Oklahoma attorney Rob Hopkins was caught on camera arguing with the judge. “I’m a transgender attorney practicing all over the state!” The argument continued to escalate before the judge called in officers who then took Hopkins to the ground. Hopkins was heard screaming “I can’t breathe” and begging for a female officer. Hopkins was reportedly held on a $25,000 bond.
