@AMStandard hello a few months ago I purchased an Elevate 60” left hand drain bathtub. I am finally ready to install it and one of the apron brackets was found broken while I was unpacking it. How do I get a replacement bracket?

@AMStandard I have a dual control heat/cool thermostat from the 70’s maybe early 80’s and your F off attitude customer service just tell me to pay someone to program your thermostat because you all can’t be bothered. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I just need a manual.

Just paid my $476.00 @AMStandard failure fee. Local A/C company had to replace the outside coil on a unit they installed in June 21. Aluminum tubing split, freon is not a part nor covered under warranty... :(
