@dr_staub @googlefi We had a terrible experience with them and a pixel phone.. took months to resolve and get our money back. Went back to Samsung (my son’s phone). It was really his money too... I’m still an iPhone person but we have both android and Apple in my house.

@googlefi I had TWO very frustrating hours on tech support with a faulty 4a phone under warranty with NO resolution still. Could I PLEASE get a call from tech support to resolve this issue? So far, I've paid for two phones, received one, and had ZERO satisfaction. Help please!
