It’s been 15 months since the Flour Massacre, so named because of the shock that the world had that Israel would massacre Palestinians waiting for food. Now this atrocity is happening daily and it’s become just another headline.

Last night, Israeli settlers attacked my house with stones, they came at 4 am to throw stones and make fire on my family land, chanting about the death of my brother, and wishing that I will die too or killed. Before that Israeli army came to make sure that I am alone in the house. It is the reality of the Israeli occupation and apartheid.

today in Jerusalem, dozens of protestors gathered outside the court hearing to call for the release of Educational Bookshop owners Mahmoud and Ahmad Muna. both their English and Arabic stores were raided yesterday, and the father and son have been detained since.

Ayalon South Blocked: Families of hostages and activists from the women’s protest movement for the return of the hostages are blocking the area near Yitzhak Sadeh Bridge, calling: “All eyes on you: The deal is collapsing, the country is burning!” “President Trump: Save all of them from hell!” The protesters are carrying giant photos of hostages expected to be released in Phase B.

Tonight, on November 20th, activists gathered outside the US Embassy in Tel Aviv toexpress their support for a Congressional resolution being voted on that same day that would block some $20 million in US offensive military aid to Israel. The activists, who included Israelis, Americans, and dual citizens, organized under the demand “Arms embargo now!” and held signs saying “U.S. Funded Genocide” & “Jews in Palestine say ‘Stop arming Israel’”. The activists then started blocking traffic outside the embassy and poured red paint on the road, symbolizing the blood being spilled by an unchecked supply of US weapons. Today I was beaten, kidnapped, blindfolded and taken to a military base by the Israeli Occupation Forces, together with 4 other journalists. Two of us were held for 11 hours without charges, my phone was confiscated (stolen), and one of us is still in custody. Full story soon.
