No one will convince this guy was not the best running this Country. Is he perfect no, but we had a secure Border, good economy, farmers happy, military strong and no one did what he did in Middle East and Vets admired what he did for them. I am 77 been a D all my life. I have never seen anything like the mess we are in now. Sick of this Cancel Culture and the way Americans talk to one another. Sick of our police Force having no back up and hearing children being shot in schools frequently. You better get it right this time.

I think the intermittent fasting is working I feel a lot better and slowly am losing the few extra Covid pounds. Been mostly focusing on walks, treadmill and some weight training but nothing extreme so I don’t hurt my back. Turning 39 later this year and making health a bigger priority. Focusing my diet around whole foods, raw food. Been also eating more protein. Basically meat and veggies. Reducing grains and processed sugar where I can. Feeling stronger. I can do an hour straight on the treadmill at a 4mph pace without feeling exhausted. By the end of the year I’d like it to be 6mph pace. Aside from running speed I can complete the Army PT requirements for my age, so I would say that’s definitely being in decent shape.
