@GMB @DrAmirKhanGP What a crock of sh__. This already happens. Could try allowing GP staff to order scans and further testing. Would take loads out of the referral system. Or maybe incentive to hospital to accept referrals

@GMB @DrAmirKhanGP Sorry for the scepticism, a bus driver can carry up to 100 people on a bus per hour, and a gp has a safe working limit of 24/26 consults a day! Both responsible jobs, and safety critical. No one is saying the jobs are the same, but maybe a slight increase would help access.
